- Made to Order Mattresses and Bases: Our mattresses and bases are crafted with care and are made to order. Please anticipate a lead time of 5-7 business days for these custom items.
- Lead Time Disclaimer: While we strive to maintain accurate lead times, please be aware that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact our ability to adhere to these estimates. We appreciate your understanding in such instances.
Returns:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Foam Solutions. To facilitate a smooth return process, kindly review the following guidelines:
- Damaged or Altered Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been altered or damaged after receipt. Please inspect your order upon delivery.
- Original Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original, unused condition. We understand that you may need to try out certain products, but please ensure they remain in their original state.
- Manufacturer Defects: If your item is defective due to a manufacturing error, we’ll gladly exchange or refund your purchase.
